During the 19th century huts like this provided the far haaf fishermen with accommodation close to their fishing grounds. This lodge was destroyed by the sea in the great storm of 1900 and lay untouched for 110 years. It has now been fully excavated, rebuilt and restored to how it may have looked at the end of the 19th century. The interior is filled with period objects and finds from the excavation.&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;(about a 10 minute walk from the road, unsuitable for the elderly\/infirm\/disabled).&lt;\/p&gt;" </dc:description>
