Documentation can be found at http://github/MetsExport/ Cairnholy Chambered Cairns and Drumtroddan Cup and Ring Markings <p>Take the opportunity to explore the heritage of workers living in prehistory in the company of professional archaeologist Dr Jane Murray.</p><p>&nbsp;</p> Bronze Age Museum 1005 10758 No 30/9/2007 14.00-16.00 <p>On Saturday, Jane will be at Cairnholy Chambered Cairns near Gatehouse, to interpret the remain of these monuments, which are over 5000 years old.&nbsp; The site is signposted from the A75, 6 miles west of Gatehouse of Fleet.&nbsp; Follow the track for half a mile to the car park.&nbsp; </p><p>On Sunday Jame will be at Drumtroddan Cub and Ring marks near Port William, where shw will tell you about this Bronze Age site.&nbsp; To get to the site take the B7085 from Port William for 2 miles to the north east towards Wigtown.&nbsp; The Track to Drumtroddan Famr lies on the East side of the B7085.&nbsp; Cars can be parked in the farmyard before a short, signposted walk across a filed to the cup-and-ring markings.</p><p>Please remember to wear sensible clothing and footwear.</p> No No No No Yes Yes No No No No
