Corsock Church

Description

Built by William McCandlish in 1852, this church features a memorial window to James Clerk Maxwell and other fine stained glass windows. There is a plaster bust of Alexander Murray Dunlop, a lawyer prominent in the act of succession and the church was built through his generosity, traditional pews and a fine hammer beam roof.
