Cruggleton Church
Dublin Core
Title
Cruggleton Church
Description
The church is believed to date from the 12th century with restoration in 1890, and is the most complete small Romanesque church in Dumfries and Galloway. The north wall has no windows - consistent with the primitive belief that evil spirits come from that direction.
