Dalton Village Hall

Dublin Core

Title

Dalton Village Hall

Description

Although it was built in 1898, Dalton Village Hall has recently installed a ground source heat pump to provide warmth to the building and solar thermal panels to heat the water, together with improving the level of insulation in the roof of the building. The key to reducing energy costs is improving energy efficiency, and information on energy saving will be available, together with free and impartial advice about small scale renewable energy production using solar thermal and PV panels, wind and hydro turbines, wood fuel heating systems and ground and air source heat pumps.

If you are interested in cutting your energy costs or installing renewable technologies, then this Doors Open Days event is not to be missed.
