Nilupul Centre has refurbished meeting halls which have always been used for peaceful purposes, acting as a traditional place of worship for members of Dundee's Tibetan Buddhist Community. The centre also incorporates the distinctive Nilupul Foodbar and Shop selling hand-made goods from Tibet, Nepal, Thailand and Sri Lanka.
