Dublin Core
Title
St Peter's Heritage Centre & Heritage Hall
Description
There has been a chapel to St Peter on this site since 12C. The 18C church was rectangular in plan and was extended and altered in 1873 and 1895. In 2000 the building became the home of the St Peter's Heritage Trust and houses photographs, artefacts and historical documents relating to the Parish of Peterculter (including the recently acquired Rob Roy statue). The adjacent corrugated 'Iron Kirkie' was moved from Ballater and re-erected here in 1907.
