The 19 month, �10.5m refurbishment of this unique 18th century building involved a combination of new technologies, innovative methods, common sense, and attention to detail to create a building that celebrates its heritage and is an exemplar of social, economic and environmental sustainability. It is noted to be UK�s most sustainable historic building at the time of construction.
