Aberdeen Heat and Power is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee that has pioneered district heating in Aberdeen. A series of small power plants generate electricity and currently supply heat to? flats and public buildings. The long-term ambition is to connect energy centres in a "ring" around the high heat demand areas of the city.
