    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;" class="western">The Edinburgh Gin distillery &amp; visitor centre is situated beneath the Rutland Hotel.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;" class="western">Scottish architect Archibald Elliot designed the building in 1819. It was once the home to Joseph Lister, pioneer of antiseptic surgery and has been a listed building since 1970. It houses two custom made stills, Flora and Caledonia, that distill Edinburgh Gin.
