    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[<p>St Bernard's Well was designed by Alexander Nasmyth in 1789 on the site of an earlier mineral water well, believed to have medicinal properties. This little gem was restored in 2013, as the last in the City?s ?Twelve Monuments? programme. Some features have been restored, such as the pineapple finial being re-gilded and roof timbers replaced.</p><p> </p>]]></dcterms:description>
