<dcterms:description>
Laying on the mediaeval pilgrimage route from Culross to St Andrews Kinglassie has a little known spring called Finglassin's or St Glass’s well and it is highly likely that pilgrims would have stopped here to slake their thirst.

With the official opening of the new “Fife Pilgrim Way" the well has been featured as part of Kinglassie’s rich heritage and access has been improved to allow a new generation of ‘pilgrims’ to visit the historic site. This year you will be able to see the new wellhead that has been constructed to a design based on early mediaeval bee-hive cell wellheads found in Britain and Ireland.

Our thanks go to the owner of the site for his continued support in this project.

</dcterms:description>
