    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[<p>Monimail Tower Project is a small charity and community living in a beautiful walled garden and orchard set around a medieval tower dating to the 13th century. <span> Monimail was an estate belonging to William Lamberton (</span><span>Bishop of St. Andrews 1298-1328) who constructed a manor house<span> </span></span>that became a Rennaisance Palace for the Archbishops of St Andrews.
