Dunfermline Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court is one of 39 Sheriff Courts in Scotland. The modern building sits on Carnegie Drive and was opened in 1983 having moved from its original location on Dunfermline High Street. The building has four court rooms and hears all criminal and civil business in West Fife. It also houses the offices of the Procurator Fiscal.
