Inverclyde Unpaid Work Service

Inverclyde Unpaid Work Service is a statutory service within Criminal Justice Social Work with the purpose of providing the Scottish Criminal Courts with a credible community based alternative to a custodial sentence. This service is innovative in harnessing the re-integrative and rehabilitative potential in providing opportunities to build capacities around employment skills, including painting and decorating and gardening. This service supports many local projects and organisations as well as providing these services to more vulnerable local people.

As part of our event we are offering free bicycle health checks with ongoing maintenance advice. All you need to do is you is book a ½ hour appointment slot on the eventbrite page and bring your bike along. We look forward to seeing you on the day!
