Now in use as a private home, over four storeys, this Category A listed building occupies a prominent location on the 17^thcentury harbour front. It is also listed an A Group with the warehouse to the east, Corf Warehouse, Portsoy Marble Workshop, the Old Co-operative Grain Store and the Old Harbour, all of which form part of the Portsoy Conservation Area
