Documentation can be found at http://github/MetsExport/ Greenock - Inchgreen Dockyard <p>Gave a rare opportunity for people to walk down to the bottom of the dry-dock and see the impressive size of this facility that once held the QE2. <br /><br />Inchgreen was built in 1962-1964 by the Firth of Clyde Dry Dock Company Ltd. At the time, it was one of the largest dry docks in the world, measuring 305m long and 45m wide, which still makes it one of Scotland’s largest dry docks. It is designed to accommodate ships of up to 150,000 tons deadweight.
