Dated 1641 or 1644, Coxton is a 4-storey tower house with a single vaulted room on each floor linked by a narrow spiral stair within the wall thickness. The roof is of stone slabs on a pointed vault, with two circular enclosed bartizan towers and one open square bartizan, which gives good views across the surrounding countryside.
