Description
For Doors Open Day 2007, there was a drive-through tour of this historic Fleet Air Arm aerodrome, taking in the control tower, cinema/theatre and various ruinous buildings.
The event was run by The Birsay Heritage Trust with the admission charge going towards the conservation of the Control Tower. The event was made possible by kind permission of Stevie Harvey (Quoydandy).
