<p>A dignified small building by Matthew and Laurie with segmental arches over ground floor windows and round arched and keyblocked windows at first floor with panelled aprons. Pilastered double leaf doorpiece flanked by lamps, quoin ends and belts. Panelled parapet with squat urns and central panel with date.</p>
