Late 18th Century house with earlier adjoining böd, a scene of trade between Shetlanders and the Hanseatic fleet as long ago as 1684. More recently the building achieved fame as Shetland’s oldest pub. Now home to the Hillswick Wildlife Sanctuary for sick, injured and abandoned seals and otters.
