Opened in December 1999 this is Britain’s most Northerly brewery situated on Britain’s most Northerly isle. It is named, most suitably, after the home of the Norse gods where warriors were revived after drinking ale. There is a total of 6 different ales, from the first stage (mashing) to the last (packaging) you can learn how these different ales are produced.
