This walking tour celebrates the work of local Victorian architect, John Allan. The walk will take us through Stirling city centre and King’s Park to visit a number of John Allan’s most important buildings and discuss the work and life of this most extraordinary man who contributed so significantly to the townscape of Stirling. He left an incredible legacy of tenements, grand villas and architecturally distinctive commercial buildings. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for the walk.
