The castle has been added to over the years. After its royal ownership it fell into the hands of five successive families who each added a tower. It also hosts an 18th century walled garden of cultivated fruit and vegetables.
The castle is said to be haunted, with 2 resident ghosts and 2 curses associated with the site as well as a secret sealed room that cannot be opened for fear of a ghost's wrath.

The tour offers a set of 360º images to allow you to move around the castle grounds and have a peek inside the entry hall.
