Description
Built 1807-10 to replace Auld Kirk, extended in 1885. 'Heritor' Gothic T-plan church with prominent tall five-stage tower. Interior woodwork of note by craftsmen employed in local furniture industry. Imposing organ, and stained glass by Gordon Webster. Chancel alterations now include some items from former Trinity Church.Major renovation of the church tower and changes in the interior have been completed since the 2018 Doors Open Day.
