Teviot Church
Dublin Core
Title
Teviot Church
Description
Facing on to St Georges lane off Buccleuch Road the church was built in 1916, replacing an older building dating from 1843. The building is surprisingly large with a high, dark stained, pine roof with open beams. The most eye-catching feature of the building is the east window, installed to commemorate the reunion, in 1929, of the United Free Church and the Church of Scotland.
