Description

Built in the 19th century, this smoke house, in Mason’s Wynd, between the Masonic Lodge and the Museum, has been in the ownership of the same family for over 100 years.  On the ridge of the pantiled roof is a wooden louvered ventilator which controls the amount of smoke being produced.
