Nilupul Centre has refurbished meeting halls which have always been used for peaceful purposes, acting as a traditional place of worship for members of Dundee's Tibetan Buddhist Community. The centre also incorporates the distinctive Nilupul Foodbar and Shop selling hand-made goods from Tibet, Nepal, Thailand and Sri Lanka. Find out about our classes, workshops and MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction) training courses and Complementary Therapies offering help to individuals and communities throughout Dundee and surrounding areas.

Since 1998 the property has housed a meditation venue and in 2011 Nilupul Foundation (www.nilupul.org) purchased 51 Reform Street. Nilupul Centre offers mindfulness training, wellbeing workshops and courses and is now also the home of the Dundee Tibetan Buddhist Group.
