Huntly Fire Station forms part of the Grampian Fire Brigade. There are four whole time operational fire stations all with in the city of Aberdeen. A day crew station serves the town of Peterhead and surrounding district. The remainder of the Brigade comprises of 33 retained stations and 1 volunteer station, Huntly Fire Station operates as a retained station. The Station was built in 1964 and houses two fire appliances with a staff of 14 retained fire-fighters
